By using our site, purchasing devices, or registering for an account you agree to these terms. We provide technology products and services with clear specifications; please review product documentation before purchase.

Eligibility and lawful use

Users must be legally capable of entering binding contracts and must comply with applicable laws. Use of viaireo products for illegal or unsafe activities is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring local compliance when importing or operating devices.

Users must meet the minimum age required by local law to create an account or purchase products without parental consent. If you are under the applicable age, obtain authorization from a parent or guardian.

Products and services must be used lawfully. You may not use devices or software to infringe rights, invade privacy, disrupt networks, or facilitate harmful activities.

Sales and service availability may be limited by country. viaireo operates in Thailand and may restrict orders, shipments, or support to other jurisdictions as necessary.

Account registration and management

An account may be required to purchase, register, or configure certain AI devices. Keep account information accurate and up to date and promptly report unauthorized access.

Provide truthful and current information. viaireo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading details.

Protect account credentials and enable available security features. You are responsible for activity occurring under your account. Notify viaireo immediately of suspected unauthorized use.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from viaireo. Attempted transfers may result in account suspension.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, inform viaireo immediately so we can take steps to secure the account and advise on next steps.

viaireo may suspend or restrict accounts for suspected fraud, security risks, or breaches of these terms. Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the circumstances.

Services and product scope

viaireo provides sales, support, software updates, and cloud connectivity for smart AI devices including robotic vacuums, climate systems, pet feeders, and related accessories. Product feature availability depends on model and regional support.

viaireo may modify product features or services, discontinue specific models, or update software. We will notify registered users of significant changes when feasible.

We strive for reliable availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Temporary outages for maintenance, updates, or external dependencies may occur.

User rules and acceptable behavior

When interacting with viaireo services, users must adhere to the following rules to maintain a safe and constructive environment.

  • Respect others’ privacy and intellectual property rights.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with device firmware or cloud services without authorization.

Do not submit illegal, infringing, or harmful content. viaireo may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

If you request removal of your content, we will evaluate the request and remove or de-reference content where reasonable and lawful.

Intellectual property

All site content, product firmware, software, logos, and materials provided by viaireo are protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

Paid products and services

Product prices are listed on viaireo.club and are charged in the applicable currency at checkout. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees may be added where applicable.

Acceptable payment methods are detailed at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; viaireo does not store full payment card data unless required and explicitly authorized.

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled per the subscription terms. Cancellation preserves access until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our returns policy and applicable consumer laws. Refund eligibility depends on product condition, time since purchase, and service usage.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, viaireo’s liability for direct damages arising from products or services is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price. viaireo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of products, loss of data, or third-party interactions.
